Teacher & Phase Lead for KS3-KS5 

Tracey is a teacher with 15 years of experience in education. After graduating from the Open University with a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature, she began her teaching career in Merseyside before moving to Cheshire where she has taught English in several secondary schools. Since joining Church Lawton, she has taken on the role of Key Stage Lead for Key Stages 3-5.

Tracey has completed the National Professional Qualification for Leading Literacy and is currently studying for a National Professional Qualification in Senior Leadership with the National Institute of Teaching.

Tracey is very passionate about the English curriculum in school, and also about weaving an oracy curriculum throughout each subject to help our students learn valuable skills for life.

Tracey is an elected staff governor of the Local Governing Board.
